Havaalani neighborhood has been declared as “Risky area” with the decision of Cabinet of Ministers on 7.10.2012.
The Urban Design Project for the “Urban transformation area” is already on implementation phase after getting approved by the Ministry and all of the buildings had been demolished before starting the construction Works in 2014.
