About Us

İsmail Çakal worked in various local municipalities after he graduated from Urban Planning Department of Selçuk University in 1998. He has gained extensive experience in local governance – Planning – urban transformation during his working periods in Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality in 1998-2004 and Küçükçekmece Municipality in 2004-2005. He also worked as court expert in various cases regarding his professional field.
He managed various projects such as Zoning plan works, the historical peninsula database establishment, field assessments and planning works, Planning Zones Data Automation Project, Ayazma Urban Transformation project and similar processes of planning, negotiation and implementation.
He started to give advisory services to various public institutions and companies regarding planning works after found Proje Yönetim ve Danışmanlık Company in 2005.
He has been Vice Chairman of KEYM since he co-founded it with his partner Cem Yılmaz in 2012.

Abdullah Uçar who was born in Izmir in 1985 graduated from Selçuk University City and Regional Planning Department in 2008. He specialized in GIS and CAD with an interest in planning technologies.
Immediately after graduation, he founded Aktif KENT, which operates in urban planning, urban design and real estate investment consultancy, which is headquartered in İzmir.
As of 2009, he has joined the PY Planning / Design / Investment / Consultancy team and continues his work as a city planner and general manager.

As The Director of Business Development and Planning, Uçar, who has been in KEYM’s team since its inception, continues to present his experiences to project partners successfully.

Mrs. Sezgin was graduated from Istanbul University’s Landscape architecture department with honors in 2010. She is also a masters student in Urban and Regional planning department of Mimar Sinan University.
She worked at Proje Yönetim in 2010-2011 and in various landscape projects in 2011-2015. She joined KEYM in 2015 and has since been Landscape architect/urban planner.

Aktuğ Anıl Aydın was born in Istanbul in 1988 and got his pre-college education in here. He was graduated from Dokuz Eylül University department of urban planning with honors in 2011.
He started his professional life as solutions partner in real estate sector and worked in various provinces for 2 years. He is also doing his masters focused on urban planning and transformation in Yildiz Technical University and has an expertise on these fields including the legislatory basis.
Mr. Aydin has been at KEYM since February 2016.

Mustafa Kahya who was born in Alanya in 1991 completed his primary, secondary and high school education in this city. He won the Karadeniz Technical University Faculty of Architecture, City and Regional Planning Department and began his higher education. After graduating, he made Urban Design Projects, Master Development Plan, Implementary Development Plan and Plan Renovations in Belde Planning. Afterwards, he worked in Himtek Engineering in Urban Transformation Projects of Istanbul Vatan Neighborhood and Ağrı Central Fırat Neighborhood.
Mustafa Kahya, who joined the KEYM family in 2020, continues his business life within KEYM.

Enes Şahin who was born in İstanbul in 1991 received his primary, secondary and high school education in this city. He completed his university education as a survey engineer at Samsun Ondokuz Mayıs University in 2014.
After graduating, he started his career in urban transformation projects. He worked as a field chief in Urban Transformation Projects in Işıklı Neighborhood of Çaykara District of Trabzon Province, Ağrı Central Fırat Neighborhood, Vatan Neighborhood of Bayrampasa District of Istanbul Province and as project chief in the Urban Transformation Project of Adana Seyhan District.
Enes Şahin, who joined the KEYM family in October 2019, continues his business life within KEYM.

Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi Şehir ve Bölge Planlama Bölümünden 2018 yılında mezun oldu.
Aynı yıl İmar Planlama bünyesinde, İBB Kentsel Dönüşüm Müdürlüğü’nün yürüttüğü “İstanbul’un Olası AKUT Şok ve Kronik Stresler Karşısında Kentsel Dayanıklılığının ve Baş Edebilme Gücünün Artırılması Kapsamında Toplanma ve Geçici Barınma Alanlarına Yönelik Model Geliştirilmesi” Projesinde yer aldı. Bu proje kapsamında Cbs ortamında optimum toplanma ve geçici barınma alanlarının belirlenmesine yönelik model geliştirilmesi ve Cbs temelli deprem hasar ve kayıp analizi konularında çalışmalar yürüttü.
2019 Aralık ayından itibaren KEYM bünyesinde şehir plancısı olarak görev yapmaktadır.

He was born in Istanbul in 1989 and got his pre-college education in here. After graduating from Trakya University’s Finance department in 2010 and he started working at KEYM’s Gaziosmanpasa Sarigol Liaison office in 2013. He also managed the payments and inspections at the Karayollari office within scope of 6306 law. Mr. Bozkurt continues to work at KEYM focusing on 6306 practices, rightful ownership protocols and rental aids.

She was born in Bursa in 1995. After completing her primary and secondary education in Bilecik, she enrolled the Department of City and Regional Planning at ITU in 2014 and started higher education. She graduated in 2019. She started Regional Planning master program at ITU in 2020.
She joined the KEYM family as an urban planner in August 2020.

She was born in 1996 in Istanbul. After completing his primary and secondary education in Istanbul, she started the study of Architecture at Istanbul Maltepe University in 2016 and graduated in 2021. She has been working as an Architect at KEYM since August 2021.

Norsuluv Burkhanova was born on 08 December, 1984, in Jizakh, one the state of Uzbekistan. She graduated from her architectural education at the Tashkent University of Architecture and Civil Engineering. After graduating of master degree in 2009 she started her architectural career at the Department of Architecture and Construction of Jizakh state. She worked between 2013-2015 for architectural office which is called 'Perfect Design'.
She began her academical career at the Tashkent University of Architecture and Civil Engineering in 2015. Also her PhD education is starting at the Yildiz Technical University in 2019 . She won several national awards for her projects during her educating and working period.
She carried off the Country's Best Student Project award for her project in the last year of her education. Also she has been awarded the Best Architecture Projects accolade of Uzbekistan several times for the projects which are designed in the Perfect Design office with team.

She was born in 1997 in Istanbul. After completing her primary, secondary and high school education in this city, she started to Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Architecture, Department of City and Regional Planning in 2015. She graduated in 2020 as being included in the honor list. In 2021, she was accepted to the Urban Design Master's program, which is an interdisciplinary master's program at Istanbul Technical University. She has been working as a City Planner at KEYM as of October 2021

she was born in 1996 in Bursa. After completing her primary and secondary education in Bursa, she got into Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Architecture, Department of City and Regional Planning in 2015.she graduated in 2020 as being included in the honor list. she was accepted to the Geographical Information Technologies Master's program at Istanbul Technical University in 2021.
Merve Saruhan, who continues her education in this program, has been working as an urban planner at KEYM as of December 2021.

She was graduated from Yildiz Technical University as a graduate with honors with a double degree in Architecture and Urban & Regional Planning. She has participated in many competetions and won awards as well. In her educational and professional life, she has been a part of various projects including conceptual design, restoration projects, national architectural/urban design competetions. Aslı speaks English and French.

She was born in Istanbul in 1995. She completed her primary, secondary and high school education in Erzurum. Atatürk University, which started in 2014 from the Department of City and Regional Planning Department of Architecture and Design and graduated in 2018. During her education period, she took part in the provincial development strategies and action plan study prepared for Erzurum-Erzincan-Bayburt in the North East Anatolian Development Agency (KUDAKA). After graduation, she volunteered at Kare Zoning Planning. She has been working at Elazig Urban Transformation Office within KEYM since February 2020.

She was graduated from Yıldız Technical University deparment of Urban and Regional Planning in 2006. Her professional carrier started in Istanbul Metropolitan Planning Bureau while she did her masters in MSGSU Urban Design program from which she graduated in 2009. Apart from professional life, Mrs. Şahin has also participated and won several Urban Design Project competitions as part of different teams where she took the role of Urban Design Expert. Afterwards she worked at KAYADER as planning manager of one of the biggest urban transformation projects named “Cendere Valley Urban Transformation Project”.
She has been a part of KEYM family since 2013 as an experienced Master Plan and Design Manager.

Evin Keser was born in Şırnak/Cizre in 1994 and got her pre-college education in here. She got her Architecture degree from Çukurova University in 2016.
She joined KEYM in 2016 and continues to work at our Cizre Liaison office.

She was born in Alanya in 1996. She received her primary, secondary and high school education in this city. In 2014, she won the Erciyes University, Faculty of Architecture, Department of City and Regional Planning and after completing one year of English preparatory education, completed her 4 year education and graduated as a Urban Planner in 2019. She completed her internship at Alanya Municipality Plan Project Directorate and Keykubat Planning Office.
As of 2019, she is working as a Urban Planner in the Urban Transformation Office within KEYM the scope of the Urban Transformation Project being carried out by Alanya Municipality in Cumhuriyet Neighborhood.

Mr. Najafli was born in Baku in 1993 and got admitted to Yildiz Technical University’s Urban and Regional Planning department in 2011. He was graduated with honors in 2016.
He also studied at Vienna University of Technology’s Spatial Planning department for 1 year.
He has joined KEYM as an Urban Planner / GIS Specialist in 2016. Mr. Najafli speaks English, Russian and German.

She was born in Erzurum in 1997. She also received her primary, secondary and high school education in this city. In 2015, she began to study at the City and Regional Planning Department of Bozok University. During this period, she interned voluntarily at the İdealist Planning Office and Planer Urbanism Office. In 2017, she took part in Tak Kartal and Tak Cappadocia Projects and graduated in 2019. She started his career in 2019 within Keym and continues her work in Narman Urban Transformation Office.

He was born in Kars in 1992. She also received her primary, secondary and high school education in this city. In 2011, she won the Department of Surveying Engineering at Karadeniz Technical University and completed her education in 2016. She started her business life in The Samsun Park Inn Hotel Project. In 2018, she took part in the Ankara Mamak Urban Transformation Project. In November 2019, she joined the KEYM family and continues her business life within KEYM.

He was born in Ordu in 1990 and got his pre-college education in here. He was graduated from Finance dep. of Trakya University in 2014. Mr. Öztürk has been working at the main office of KEYM since July 2016.
